Reg E and ATFCU Overdraft Privilege Pay |
Due to changes
in Federal Regulation E (Reg E), the
way ATFCU offers Overdraft
Privilege Pay is changing. Currently
eligible ATFCU members receive Overdraft
Privilege Pay Coverage to cover insufficient
funds up to $400 for a $25 fee per transaction
on ATM and merchant (one time debit)
transactions.
Beginning August 12, 2010,
we will not be able to continue this
practice unless
we receive your authorization to do so.
