Board of Directors |
When you open an account with a Credit Union, you
become a member. As a member you become a shareholder
and have
a say in how your Credit Union operates. Member input
and guidance occurs through the Board of Directors
which comprises elected representatives of the Credit
Union's
total membership. The Board's job is to develop and
assure adherence to Credit Union policies. Board Members

Supervisory Committee |
The
Supervisory Committee is appointed by the Board of
Directors. The Committee is responsible for the Annual
Audit and has independent authority to conduct audits
and reviews to insure the Credit Union is in compliance
with Federal Regulations and Bylaws.
