FAQs

• Will I lose my current billers and payment history? No. All of your billers and associated payment history will remain available after the upgrade.
• Will my pending and/or scheduled payments be affected? No. Payments that are currently being processed or are scheduled for future dates will remain unchanged.
• Will I have to setup my autopays or recurring payments again? No. Autopay settings for eBills and recurring payments will remain in place.
• Do I have to do anything to be upgraded? No. The bill pay upgrade will occur automatically on May 7th.
